For Doozy Insurance's launch into the competitive UAE market, we executed a "fix-then-scale" strategy.

This approach transformed their results, cutting the Cost-Per-Lead by 53%, reaching over 7 million unique users, and successfully establishing Doozy as a strong new competitor in the insurance sector.
